Government of Andhra Pradesh, as a part of EODB State Reform Action Plan 2020-21
has introduced reforms 301 industry related reforms during October 2020 – Jan 2021
to improve their accessibility and service delivery efficiency.
Out of the 301 reforms, 300 reforms are approved by DPIIT. More than 9100 users have
been submitted as a part of feedback survey. The users will be surveyed for feedback
on the EoDB reforms and the ranking for SRAP 2020-21 will be based on the feedback.
Since June 2019 till March 2022, the Single Window Portal has received 26,177 applications for clearances
out of which 25,304 have been already approved. During FY 2022, 98.43% of all applications are approved
within committed timeline (SLA).
During 2021-22, 288 burdensome compliances have been reduced, out of the 372

reduced in Phase I and whereas 13 services are reduced in Phase II. Of the 69 burdensome compliance
identified related to Business Services, 3 have been reduced and the rest 66 RCBs will follow in Phase II
(upto August 2022).
